Position Overview
Frozen Ropes is seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Baseball Coaches & Instructors to join our coaching staff beginning this Fall.
We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves teaching the game and wants to make a positive impact on young athletes. You'll work in a player-development focused environment that combines travel team coaching, private instruction, clinics, camps, and year-round baseball programming.
We're looking for coaches who bring energy, professionalism, and a passion for helping players improve both on and off the field while creating a positive and challenging learning environment.
What You'll Do
  • Coach and mentor Frozen Ropes travel baseball teams
  • Provide private and small-group baseball instruction
  • Lead clinics, camps, and player development programs
  • Teach hitting, fielding, throwing, pitching, baserunning, and game strategy
  • Help players build confidence, improve fundamentals, and develop a high baseball IQ
  • Create a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and fellow coaches
  • Represent the Frozen Ropes culture and commitment to player development
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
  • Played baseball through at least the high school level
  • Passion for teaching and developing young athletes
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
  • Collegiate, professional, or other advanced playing experience
  • Previous baseball coaching or instructional experience
  • Experience working with players of various ages and skill levels
Schedule
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available
  • Position begins Fall 2026
  • Flexible scheduling based on lessons, team activities, and programming
  • Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability is expected
