Job description

The Biscotti Company is hiring a full-time baker to join our growing production team in Calverton, NY.

We are a small-batch biscotti company built on a 200-year Sicilian family recipe. Our products are sold online, in retail stores, and featured on QVC. We are looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented who enjoys baking, working with their hands, and being part of a growing food business.

This is a full-time position for someone who can help with daily bakery production, including mixing, shaping, baking, cutting, packing, cleaning, and keeping production moving smoothly.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and weigh ingredients accurately
  • Mix dough according to company recipes
  • Shape biscotti by hand
  • Bake, cut, and finish biscotti according to our standards
  • Package finished products neatly and carefully
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, food-safe work area
  • Follow recipes, procedures, and production schedules
  • Assist with inventory, ingredient prep, and daily setup
  • Work as part of a team to meet production goals
  • Follow food safety, allergen, and sanitation procedures
