Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Remote โ€“ Maryland Licensed Only)

  • $65 per billable hour โ€” LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT (independently licensed)
  • $45 per billable hour โ€” LMSW, LGPC (requires supervision; limited openings available)
  • Target caseload: 25โ€“36 sessions per week

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth
  • Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments
  • Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans
  • Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and peer clinicians
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR
  • Support families with education and care coordination
