Compensation: Drivers have the potential to earn $70,000 - $100,000/year
We also offer accessorial pay (for things like drops and switches, detention, layover, etc.) and quarterly and annual performance bonuses.

CDL Driver Job Description:
  • Lignetics, Inc. is in search of a skilled, Full-time CDL Class A Truck Drivers out of our Marathon, Wisconsin location. 
  • Previous commercial driving experience required, with the ability to operate automatic and manual transmissions.
  • Operate an 18-wheel Volvo and International trucks with automatic & manual transmissions.
  • Responsible for daily completion of all required paperwork such as freight bills, load sheets, electronic logbooks, records of fuel purchases, mileage records, and any other records required for compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

CDL Driver Qualification / Education:
  • Will need to be at least 21 years old.
  • Will need to possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License with appropriate endorsements.
  • Will need to have a minimum of 1-year previous tractor-trailer driving experience.
  • Will need to have the ability to read, write, and speak English at a level that would allow the communication and comprehension of job-related information, instructions, regulations, signs, maps, MSDS guidelines, required paperwork, memos, etc.
  • Will need to have knowledge of DOT regulations and Federal Motor Carrier Safety regulations governing safe driving, hours of service, inspection, and maintenance.
  • Will need to meet or exceed the medical standards of the U.S. Dept. of Transportation and have a valid DOT Medical Card.
  • Will need to be able to frequently reach for freight at waist level and occasionally reach for freight above shoulder height or below waist level.
  • Will need to be able to occasionally reach above shoulder level, at waist level, and below waist level for maneuvering and directing the controls to operate the truck.
  • Will need to be able to load and unload full trailers of freight. Loading and unloading is dependent upon the customer's requests.
