Job description

Dan Wolf Automotive Group is seeking a full-time Automotive Office Administrator to join our growing dealership team! This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, dependable professional who brings a positive, friendly attitude and thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The Office Admin will work full-time Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

With a salary of $34,000.00-$40,00.00 with room to grow!


You Will:

  • Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Match purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices.
  • Prepare weekly check runs, ACH, and electronic payments.
  • Maintain vendor records and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Organize and maintain vehicle deal jackets and related documentation
  • Reconcile statements and assist with month-end close activities
  • Provide administrative support to office management as needed
  • Handle cash drawer responsibilities, including balancing funds collected
  • Ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance across all assigned duties

You Have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in an office or automotive dealership environment preferred
  • Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds is a strong plus
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Punctual, reliable, and a team-oriented professional
