Auto Dismantler / Parts Technician

Location: Dallas, TX (On-site)

Company Overview
Join a growing European automotive salvage operation specializing in premium brands, including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Maserati, Jaguar, and Land Rover. We are seeking a skilled and dependable Auto Dismantler / Parts Technician to help maximize the value of salvage vehicles through safe, efficient dismantling and accurate parts identification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently dismantle salvage vehicles in an indoor facility.
  • Identify, remove, inspect, tag, and catalog reusable parts, including engines, transmissions, body panels, suspension components, electronics, and interior parts.
  • Drain fluids and handle hazardous materials in compliance with all environmental and safety regulations.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, engine hoists, and other shop equipment safely and effectively.
  • Ensure all removed parts are accurately labeled, inventoried, and stored for resale.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and inventory team to ensure accurate parts tracking.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience dismantling and disassembling vehicles, preferably European makes.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive components and the ability to identify high-value reusable parts.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment.
  • Ability to lift heavy components and remain on your feet throughout the workday.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and inventory accuracy.
  • Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work full-time on-site in Dallas.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
