We manufacture high-performance motorcycle rotors, brake pads, and brake lines trusted by riders and racers nationwide. Our digital marketing team plays a critical role in delivering content driven marketing.

Schedule: Tuesday Friday, 10-hour shifts
Job Type: Full-time
What Youll Do:
This role focuses on managing the digital marketing and organize the companys online digital content, digital campaigns, and media presence across platforms. The role blends marketing, communication, creativity, analytics, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Publishing
  • Capture and produce high-quality photo and video content using in-house resources
  • Develop engaging platform-specific content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta (Instagram & Facebook) aligned with brand voice
  • Edit and enhance visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Maintain and organize digital media assets within the company media library for efficient access and reuse
  • Curate and maintain Instagram Highlights to showcase key campaigns, products, and brand initiatives
Social Media & Digital Marketing
  • Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook using Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio
  • Monitor social channels, engage with audiences, and foster community growth
  • Track engagement metrics and compile performance reports to inform strategy
  • Support paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

  • Monitor and evaluate sponsored riders posts
  • Monitor and evaluate sponsorship form submissions to identify strategic partnership opportunities
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships within the industry to expand partnership opportunities
Qualifications:
Education
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in media coordination, digital marketing, or similar role preferred
  • Experience with WordPress-based websites strongly desired
  • Powersports or automotive industry experience is a plus
Technical Skills
  • Working familiarity with WordPress CMS
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
