What you will do:
The role of Assistant Manager at NCG Cinema is team and guest-centered and manages employees by example. This includes an ability to autonomously operate the building, know and perform each floor role, assist in office work, resolve guest concerns, train new staff, and hold staff accountable through teaching and if necessary, discipline, to NCG Standards.
Position requirements:
● Must be 18 years of age or older with thorough knowledge and ability to complete job responsibilities of Usher, Dual, and Team Lead
● Ability to self lead and prioritize building tasks that need completed from cleaning and sanitation to movie presentation, concessions and concession inventory
● Responsible and approachable manager whom employees can trust and go to in the absence of the General Manager being available
● Managing employees by supporting hiring, leading training, 1-1 engagement meetings, and supporting discipline
● Supporting smooth business operations including all related duties for opening and closing the cinema
● Flexibility to take on additional delegated responsibilities by the GM
● Willingness and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
● Lift up to 40 pounds and maintain balance while carrying heavy and odd-shaped objects
