Architectural Drafter

Compensation: $50,000$60,000 DOE

About JAQUE

JAQUE is a luxury design firm specializing in high-end residential, hospitality, retail, and commercial environments across Arizona and select markets nationwide, including California, Florida, and Montana.

Projects range from luxury residential renovations to hospitality, retail, and commercial interior environments with a strong focus on interior architecture, technical coordination, and project execution.

Our company operates in a highly collaborative, design-driven environment where creativity, organization, technical accuracy, adaptability, and execution all matter equally.

We are growing our technical architecture team and are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to support construction documentation, technical drafting, project coordination, and drawing production across multiple projects.

Role Overview

The Architectural Drafter supports the Architect of Record, project management team, and design team through construction documentation, drafting, redlines, revisions, technical coordination, and drawing organization.

This is a highly execution-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys technical production, organization, problem-solving, and helping keep projects moving efficiently.

The right candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working within active project environments with multiple moving priorities.

This role is primarily focused on interior architecture and technical project documentation associated with interior project scopes.

  • Dislikes technical documentation or detailed coordination
  • Struggles with organization, follow-through, or shifting priorities
  • Prefers slow-moving or highly siloed environments
  • Requires constant oversight or direction

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in architectural drafting, construction documentation, or related technical roles preferred
