Job description

Overview

We are hiring a hands-on Superintendent to lead all onsite construction operations for a large project in Ocean City, Maryland. This is an in-the-field leadership role, not a desk job. You will run the site daily, manage crews, solve problems in real time, and own quality, safety, and schedule from start to finish.

Ocean City is an active coastal market with strong demand and consistent project flow, making this a solid long-term opportunity for someone who wants stability, responsibility, and real control over a job site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run day-to-day site operations and direct crews of 10 to 15 workers
  • Coordinate all phases of construction including concrete, framing, siding, waterproofing, and fluid-applied systems
  • Set daily and weekly production goals and ensure they are met
  • Enforce safety standards and quality control at all times
  • Solve field issues quickly to keep the project moving
  • Communicate progress with leadership and coordinate manpower and materials
  • Train, guide, and hold crews accountable for performance and workmanship

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent or senior Foreman on active construction sites
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of concrete and framing
  • Confident leader who can manage people, schedules, and pressure
  • Self-starter who does not need constant supervision
  • Reliable transportation and basic tools required
  • Bilingual is a plus but not required
  • Available to start immediately

Project Details

  • Full-time, long-term position
  • Location: Ocean City, Maryland
  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Opportunity to lead a major project from ground-up to completion

Why Join

If you’re done being stuck behind a desk and want full control of a job site again, this is for you. You’ll take ownership of a critical project, run your own crews, and make a visible impact every day in a high-demand market. We’re looking for someone who leads from the front and gets it done.
