The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) is seeking a Computer Scientist who independently performs computer and information science functions supporting analytics software, tools, and visualization environments.
Location: Onsite at NAS Patuxent River, MD
Hours: 0800 to 1630, Monday - Friday. Some supported government offices start as early as 0600/0630 and end as late as 1800, Monday - Friday
Clearance: Ability to successfully obtain a NACI
Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen
Employment Type: Full-Time
Client: U.S. Navy, Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC)
This role is pending contract award.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement software supporting analytics and decision support.
  • Integrate algorithms, models, and visualization capabilities.
  • Support deployment, testing, and documentation of analytical tools.
Technology & Systems Familiarity:
  • Analytics and dashboard platforms.
  • Government code-sharing repositories.
  • Relational databases and data services.
  • GOTS/COTS analytical and visualization tools.
  • Enterprise IT and application environments.
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience producing accurate meeting minutes, governance documentation, and formal reports.
  • Strong writing, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with various data science and visualization technologies and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Ability to work onsite at NAS PAX River, MD.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting DOD, Navy COMFRC headquarters components.
  • Secret Clearance.
  • CompTIA SEC+.
