Job description

Description
As a Lobby Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of the hotel's lobby and public spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and associates.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain overall cleanliness of lobby and public areas, including restrooms, pool, and exercise room.
• Replenish supplies and remove trash as needed throughout guest and associate spaces.
• Assist with laundry support and delivery of guest amenities such as cribs and roll-away beds.
• Communicate suite status changes with the Front Desk and courteously respond to guest requests.
• Support pool and spa upkeep in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and assist with lifting or moving supplies.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to guest service and safety standards.
