Job Description

The Full Stack Web Developer role will design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise web applications used by employees across the United States. This is a full-time position requiring a self-motivated developer who can independently manage the complete software development lifecycle, from gathering business requirements through long-term application support.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in modern Microsoft web technologies, cloud-based application development, and secure software engineering practices. They will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable, scalable, and maintainable web applications.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements from business stakeholders.
  • Design and develop full-stack web applications using modern development frameworks and best practices.
  • Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces and robust backend services.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and third-party systems.
  • Design, implement, and optimize relational database solutions.
  • Create automated tests and perform functional, integration, and regression testing.
  • Deploy applications through Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production applications.
  • Identify and resolve application defects and performance issues.
  • Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and system architecture documentation.
  • Ensure applications comply with security best practices, organizational policies, and industry standards.
  • Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements for enterprise applications.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional full-stack web development experience.
  • Strong experience developing applications with:
    • ASP.NET
    • Blazor
    • Angular
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps for source control, work item tracking, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Experience developing REST APIs.
  • Experience with relational databases and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and object-oriented programming principles.
  • Experience with application testing methodologies and automated testing.
  • Thorough understanding of secure software development practices, including:
    • Authentication and authorization
    • Role-based access control
    • OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities
    • Secure API development
    • Data protection and encryption
    • Secure coding practices
  • Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing production applications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities.

  • Experience with Python development.

Additional Information

Position is full-time, non-exempt and must be able to work Monday thru Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
