Position: Account Coordinator, Amazon - Hydro Flask

Department: eCommerce for Hydro Flask

Work Location: New York, NY, or Bend, OR Hybrid (work 3 days onsite)

Hybrid Schedule: At Helen of Troy, we embrace a flexible hybrid work model designed to support collaboration and productivity. For roles eligible for hybrid work, our standard schedule includes in-office collaboration from Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. What you will be doing:

The tactical expert of Amazon and their processes, timelines, and portals.Assistsin the execution of Sales Strategy and supports both the sales team and customer needs. Proactively solvesandidentifiesopportunities for growth.

  • Coordinate the execution of online sales, merchandising and promotional strategies and provide analysis of results.

  • Support joint business planning and proactively review account performance and discuss with managers on a regular basis;identifyopportunities for increased sales or improved profitability.

  • Maintainhigh levelsof service and positive relationships with assigned key eCommerce accounts.

  • Responsible for ensuringbest-in-class presentation of Helen of Troybrands'product detail pages with key eCommerce customers.

  • Conduct regular audits of retail partner sites for product information accuracy, contentplacementand opportunity.

  • Support Amazon Advertising efforts. Partner with Sales Leads, COE, Brand Marketing and external agency partners to increase sales, build brandawarenessandacquirenew customers profitably.

  • Be the Eyes,Earsand Voice of the customer (Amazon.com) internally at Helen of troy to help cross-functional teams understand needs, opportunities and challenges while focusing on making the best choices overall for the brand.

  • Work with Sales Leads,RMOand cross-functional teams to solve tactical problems.

Skills needed to be successful in this role:

  • Proficient with MS Office, most importantly Excel.

  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written, listening skills required.

  • Demonstrated high level of sales support

  • Ability to engage with all internal and external stakeholders on matters of sales strategy and support.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in related profession/field.

  • 2+ years of related experience in eCommerce at a retailer, agency, or brand.

  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

In New York, the standard base pay range for this role is $60,259 - $80,000 annually. This base pay range is specific to New York and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
