Job Description
As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting Amazon packages safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a valid driver's license. You will also utilize your premium skills in customer service and warehouse experience to ensure a smooth delivery process. Additionally, relevant skills such as moving, loading and unloading, and familiarity with commercial vehicles will enhance your performance. Join our team and contribute to our commitment to provide excellent deliveries to our customers while maintaining safety.
Qualifications
**Requirements**
  • Arrive at 09:15am
  • Load delivery vehicle every morning (300+ packages)
  • Utilize GPS on company provided smartphone to navigate to make each delivery a success
  • Drive the company vehicle safely, provide great customer service
  • Deliver all packages to our customers (businesses and residential customers)
  • (Other work things and stuff!)
  • Be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Have a valid driver's license (moving violations in the last 3 years cannot be forgiven)
  • Pass both a background check and a drug test
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 70 pounds (don't worry - most packages are lighter than that!)
  • Must be able to get in and out of a van frequently - over 150-190+ stops (in all types of weather)
  • Must be able to walk up flights of stairs
  • Must be able to safely drive a high-roof van in rural, suburban and city areas
  • Must be available to work weekends and all scheduled days
