Job description

Position Summary

Bettinardi Golf is seeking a Temporary Order Processing & Logistics Coordinator to support our sales and operations teams during a maternity leave coverage period. This position will be responsible for processing customer orders, coordinating domestic and international shipments, managing retailer order workflows, and providing customer account support.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple systems and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role will serve as a key operational support resource to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

International Order Processing & Logistics

  • Process international distributor orders within the ERP system.
  • Generate pro forma invoices and balance due requests.
  • Process customer credit card payments when applicable.
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments through FedEx, UPS, and freight carriers.
  • Schedule carrier pickups and maintain shipping records.
  • Prepare commercial invoices and other shipping documentation.
  • Provide shipment tracking information to customers and internal teams.
  • Monitor shipments and communicate delivery updates as needed.
  • Maintain accurate order and customer records.

Big Box Retail Order Management

  • Process retailer replenishment orders through EDI and retailer portals.
  • Manage retailer special orders and customer-specific requests.
  • Process drop-ship orders through retailer systems.
  • Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Assist with order maintenance and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to retailer accounts.

Customer Service & Account Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, tracking information, and shipping questions.
  • Assist with customer service tickets related to wholesale and retailer orders.
  • Communicate professionally with domestic and international customers.
  • Escalate complex customer concerns to management when appropriate.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain accurate order documentation and system records.
  • Assist with reporting, data entry, and departmental administrative tasks.
  • Support shipping, fulfillment, and inventory-related administrative activities.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, order processing, logistics, supply chain, or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to learn new software systems and processes quickly.

Preferred Qualifications
