Salary Range $30.00 - $35.00 Hourly Job Shift Any

Description

We are looking to hire full time Licensed Practical Nurses to work 12 hour shifts. Every other weekend is required.

Must be motivated and a team player!

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Examine residents and their records to determine appropriate care.
  • Perform administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting.
  • Make written and oral reports/recommendations to the attending physician, Medical Director or the administrator.
  • Participate in facility surveys made by authorized government agencies.
  • Participate in regularly scheduled reviews of the Discharge Plans.
  • Be familiar with, and use as appropriate all items of personal protective equipment offered by the facility.
