Job description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with at least 2 years of experience to join a small team focused on residential systems. The successful candidate will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems while advising homeowners on repair or replacement options. This role offers hourly pay with guaranteed minimum hours plus performance-based incentives, along with opportunities for career growth into senior and supervisory positions.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems
  • Perform repair and maintenance services to ensure system efficiency
  • Assist with installation of HVAC equipment as needed
  • Consult with customers to assess needs and offer appropriate solutions
  • Recommend equipment upgrades or replacements based on system condition
  • Assess energy efficiency and suggest improvements
  • Travel locally to service residential clients
