Job Summary

EPIQ Logistics is a growing Amazon Delivery Service Partner focused on providing safe, reliable, and efficient delivery service each day. We are looking for an experienced Amazon DSP Dispatcher who is familiar with driver coordination, route monitoring, and Amazon delivery systems.

Role Overview

The DSP Dispatcher plays an important role in helping daily operations run smoothly. This position supports drivers while they are on the road, monitors route progress, assists with daily adjustments, and helps ensure routes are completed safely and on time.

This role is a good opportunity for someone who understands Amazon DSP operations, communicates respectfully with drivers and leadership, and can make thoughtful decisions in a busy delivery environment.

Responsibilities

Support daily dispatch operations and help with successful route launches

Monitor driver progress and route status throughout the day using Cortex

Provide live support to drivers, including rescues, route adjustments, reassignments, and troubleshooting

Review and track delivery performance metrics such as DCR, POD, EOC, safety, and on-time dispatch

Help coordinate rescue routes and make operational adjustments when needed

Communicate professionally with Amazon OTR leadership regarding route updates and daily performance

Follow company procedures, safety expectations, and Amazon standards

Assist with driver coaching, accountability, and continued performance improvement

Qualifications

Previous Amazon DSP dispatch experience is required

Knowledge of Amazon Flex, Cortex, and Amazon delivery metrics

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced delivery environment

Good problem-solving skills and sound decision-making ability

Flexible schedule, including weekend availability

Comfortable using computers, tracking data, and monitoring daily operations
