Description

Full Time – Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer supports the enterprise by creating high-quality, brand-aligned visual materials. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role designs print and digital assets, partners with multiple departments, and ensures consistent use of the brand. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop visually compelling designs that uphold and strengthen brand identity across print, digital, and environmental applications.
  • Maintain brand consistency and proactively identify opportunities to enhance visual standards.
  • Contribute to the evolution of brand guidelines, templates, and design systems.
  • Concept, design, and produce assets including brochures, presentations, infographics, digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, event collateral, signage, and internal communications.
  • Translate complex ideas and business objectives into clear, audience-friendly visuals.
  • Support creative development for enterprise-wide initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  • Partner with Marketing, Communications, HR, Operations, Sales, and other internal teams.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand goals and refine deliverables.
  • Prepare press-ready files and coordinate with printers or external vendors.
  • Manage digital asset libraries, ensuring organization and accessibility.
  • Ensure designs meet accessibility best practices (e.g., contrast, readability, alt text guidance).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution across multiple mediums.
  • Excellent attention to detail, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in enterprise or multi-department environments.
  • Motion graphics, video editing, or animation experience (preferred).
  • Familiarity with web design principles, HTML/CSS basics, or UI design.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
  • Compliance with professional standards and best practices.
  • Satisfactory references and background check.
