Job title: Aviation Quality Inspector
Location: Uvalde, TX
Job Type: Full-Time
 
Key Requirements:
  • Current FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required; IA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance, inspection, or quality experience.
  • Perform incoming, in-process, RII, hidden-damage, and final inspections.
  • Inspect aircraft, engines, systems, components, repairs, and alterations.
  • Review maintenance records, task cards, work orders, FAA data, ADs, STCs, and technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of FAA Part 43, 65, 145 and Repair Station requirements; Part 135 experience preferred.
  • Identify, document, and reject discrepancies or nonconforming maintenance.
  • Experience with business jets, FAA Repair Stations, Cessna Citation, or Learjet preferred.
  • Strong airworthiness, technical documentation, regulatory compliance, and communication skills.
