Full Time Aircraft Marshallers are ground crew members at airports who are responsible for guiding aircraft during arrival, parking, and departure using standardized hand signals or wands. They ensure the safe movement of airplanes on the ground, help prevent collisions and accidents, and communicate with pilots to direct aircraft to their correct positions. As full-time employees, they typically work regular shifts and may operate in various weather conditions. Their role is essential for airport safety and efficient ground operations.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a full time aircraft marshaller, and why are they important?
