What is a Full Time Air Guard?

A Full Time Air Guard member is a service member of the Air National Guard who works in a full-time capacity, often supporting mission readiness, administration, training, and operational functions. These roles are essential for maintaining the day-to-day operations and ensuring the unit is prepared for both state and federal missions.
