The Aerospace PMO Analyst is responsible for supporting all Project and Program managers with project financial management, project tracking and reporting as well as reviewing, at portfolio level, data analytics and insights as well as governance support and process improvements.

This position reports to the Director of Strategic Programs and is part of the Aerospace Strategic Programs team located in New Port Richey, Florida and will be an on-site role.

This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services. U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required. Any offer of employment is contingent upon Pall obtaining the necessary employment visa and export authorization, including, if required, an export license from the applicable U.S. government agency.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support the Pall Aerospace business unit by enabling product development project success through data analytics, process improvement, and execution of established governance.
  • Own the standard work for project critical tools, including their use, analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Support daily management rhythms and the tactical execution of active projects.
  • Serve as the focal point for the Product Development portfolio with responsibility for Earned Value Management.
  • Lead lower-risk projects to build project management capability and develop skills in preparation for a future Project Manager role.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field required
  • Strong analytical and data manipulation skills (spreadsheets, databases)
  • Prince 2 or PMP project management certification, with particular knowledge with Earned Value Management
  • Proficiency with project management software and reporting tools

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

  • Ability to travel - with approximately 10% travel, overnight globally

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience of working in a top Aerospace OEM organization
