We are looking for a qualified designer to join the team at Endless Edge. As a family-owned business, we specialize in large format printing for trade shows, events, and commercial decor. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to create, prepare, and manage client-based graphics. Using Adobe Creative Suites, your primary responsibilities will include prepress work and segmenting client-prepared concepts for production in our printing and router departments. This position requires a solid foundation in Adobe Illustrator. Additional duties include developing in-house marketing materials and designing occasional new projects from scratch.

Because we operate in a fluid, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, you must be a highly organized multi-tasker who can self-manage projects. The ideal teammate follows written directions accurately but thinks critically to solve project puzzles, asks questions, and handles constructive feedback as a tool to learn and improve production processes, all while bringing a great personality and a sense of humor to our close-knit team.

This is a full-time in-house graphic designer position in the Cool Springs area of Nashville. Salary will be based on experience. The benefits include fully paid health and life insurance, as well as 401(k) profit sharing.

Requirements for Graphic Designer:

  • In-depth knowledge and application of Adobe's Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop and In-Design.
  • Robust background in Adobe Illustrator.
  • Pre-press production experience
  • Sign or large format production experience
  • Microsoft Office knowledge a plus. Often works from a spreadsheet
  • CMS building and Wordpress
  • Social media creation & management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
