Welcome to Donaldson Enterprises: your local Wendy's Franchise! We have been operating Wendy's in this area since 1976, when our founder, Phil Donaldson, opened his first Wendy's in Valdosta, GA. We have since grown to 12 restaurants (with more on the way!), and are excited you are interested in joining us!
Manages the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant, including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems. Ensures achievement of restaurant objectives are reached in all areas while following all Company guidelines. Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices. Provides leadership, direction, training and development to shift leaders and crew. Creates and maintains a "People Excellence" environment.
