Position Responsibilities:  

  • Responsible for performing preventive maintenance on mechanical systems to include disassembly, reassembly, and calibration 
  • Administer a wide variety of methods, procedures, and techniques to lay out, install, overhaul and maintain various types of machines encompassing mechanical and electrical systems  
  • Clean and lubricate equipment and machinery and adjust and examine parts for defects in the warehouse 
  • Cut and weld metal to repair broken metal parts, fabricate new parts, handle boiler blow downs, and record readings of critical operating parameters as the technician 
  • Records repairs, maintenance, parts, materials used, and orders or requisitions new parts and materials 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience:  

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 2 plus years of related experience 

Preferred Education and Experience:  

  • Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
