Pay: $26–$28/hr + $1.25 shift differential
Schedule: Rotating Nights (No Weekends)
Shifts: 5PM–5AM or 7PM–7AM
Training: First month on Day Shift (8AM–4:30PM)
We’re hiring a Shift Lead with extrusion experience to oversee nightly production, support operators, and ensure consistent, highquality output. This is a directhire opportunity with longterm stability and a rotating schedule. This role is with a global manufacturing company known for producing highquality engineered components and materials used across multiple industries. They operate with a strong focus on innovation, safety, and continuous improvement, and they invest heavily in training, modern equipment, and longterm employee development.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support assistant operators
Set up and operate extrusion lines
Perform quality checks and adjust machines as needed
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
Maintain production records and shift reports
Enforce safety procedures and proper PPE use
Requirements
2+ years extrusion experience (sheet or film preferred)
Manufacturing background
Strong mechanical aptitude and safety awareness
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Ability to lead a small team
Schedule
Rotating nights:
Week 1: 32 hours
Week 2: 48 hours
No weekends
