You've spent years working with your hands — building, fixing, installing, measuring, or finishing — and you take pride in doing the job right. You're dependable, detail-focused, and ready for a more stable opportunity than seasonal construction, outdoor winter work, or unpredictable schedules.

• Install Bath Fitter's premium acrylic bath and shower systems
• Deliver precise, high-quality workmanship in customers' homes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
• Educate customers on care and maintenance
• Represent Bath Fitter's reputation for craftsmanship and professionalism

• 2+ years of experience in carpentry, drywall, glazing, remodeling, mechanics, installation, or similar trades
• Strong measuring, cutting, fitting, and finishing skills
• Comfort using hand tools and power tools
• Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to travel for training if needed
