Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer to join our team in Mechanicsburg, PA. This is a 100% onsite contract-to-hire opportunity for a developer who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across the full software development lifecycle, including front-end development, back-end APIs, database design, and cloud-ready application development using modern .NET technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack web applications using modern .NET technologies.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs and server-side business logic using C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
  • Design and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries to ensure high performance.
  • Implement data access using Entity Framework Core and Dapper.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Maintain technical documentation and adhere to coding standards and best practices.
