What You'll Do

Build meaningful connections Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and industry peers through proactive outreach, networking, and exceptional project delivery.

Lead with purpose and energy Inspire high-performing teams, maintain momentum across projects, and navigate challenges with confidence and clarity.

Drive business and project success Oversee project performance-including budgets, timelines, and resources-ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or a related field

Professional licensure (PG or PE) preferred

10+ years of environmental consulting experience

Proven success in client-facing roles and team leadership

Strong knowledge of environmental regulations across industrial, energy, agricultural, or commercial sectors

A natural ability to connect with people and build trust quickly

Strategic thinker with a passion for growing business and developing others

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
