Job description

Description

JOB OVERVIEW:

Dynasty Financial Partners is redefining what independence means in wealth management. As a pioneer in supporting independent RIAs, we are seeking a Full Stack Web Developer, a rare talent to anchor our website specialization on the Network Partner Marketing Team that serves as marketers for a network of 55+ independent wealth management firms. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll own the full website lifecycle: maintaining and optimizing a portfolio of existing client websites while designing and developing new ones using the latest AI-powered tools and workflows.

What makes this role distinct is how we expect new websites and landing pages to get built. You won't just be using AI as a productivity shortcut; you'll be functioning as the strategic agent who directs, orchestrates, and refines AI tools to produce client-ready websites faster and at a higher standard than traditional build processes allow. You'll be the human intelligence guiding the machine, not the other way around.

You'll also play a central role in building more standardized, scalable processes across our entire client portfolio. If you're a designer who can code, a developer with a strong visual eye, and someone who gets genuinely excited about what AI is doing to the craft of web building, then we want to meet you.

This position reports directly to the Director of Network Partner Marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Website Design & Development

  • Act as the primary orchestrator of AI-powered web design and development tools to design, build, and launch new client websites and landing pages - using AI not as a crutch but as a force multiplier under your direction
  • Collaborate closely with our in-house graphic designer on brand direction and visual assets to ensure every site reflects the quality and credibility our RIA clients demand
  • Support post-launch enhancements including embedded media, updated layouts, and feature additions as client needs evolve
  • Build scalable, repeatable web systems and templates that dramatically reduce time-to-launch without sacrificing quality

Website Maintenance & Operations

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing WordPress websites hosted on SiteGround, including plugin updates, security monitoring, performance tuning, and client support
  • Perform routine website updates including content changes, team bios, partner information, and regulatory disclosures - with careful attention to compliance accuracy
  • Troubleshoot and resolve broken pages, formatting issues, plugin conflicts, site errors, and malware incidents
  • Manage hosting environments, cache clearing, domain configurations, DNS, and basic server-related tasks

AI-Powered Workflows & Innovation

  • Serve as our in-house expert on the evolving landscape of AI web tools, continuously evaluating and integrating platforms such as Framer AI, Divi AI, Relume, Claude Code, Replit and Cursor into our production workflow
  • Develop and refine AI-assisted processes for wireframing, copywriting scaffolding, design generation, and code production that give our agency a meaningful speed and quality advantage
  • Champion the development of more standardized, efficient processes across the portfolio as we scale

Technical SEO & Analytics

  • Set up and maintain Google Tag Manager for event tracking, ensuring accurate tracking of key conversion actions such as form fills and clicks
  • Configure and manage GA4 for new and existing client sites
  • Implement on-page SEO best practices including meta tags, headers, and schema markup where applicable
  • Monitor and resolve indexing issues using Google Search Console
  • Support page speed and Core Web Vitals performance improvements
  • Assist with reporting during and after site launche

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • 5-8 years of professional web design and development experience, ideally in an agency environment managing multiple client sites simultaneously
  • Strong WordPress proficiency including custom themes, plugin ecosystems, and multi-site management
  • A portfolio that demonstrates both design sensibility and technical depth; we want to see sites you're proud of visually and under the hood
  • Demonstrated, hands-on experience using AI tools to design and build websites - not theoretical familiarity, but real work you can show us
  • A genuine passion for staying at the frontier of how AI is reshaping web design and development
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with PHP is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including conversion tracking setup
  • Familiarity with technical SEO fundamentals and Google Search Console
  • Familiarity with SiteGround or comparable managed WordPress hosting environments
  • Experience working within brand guidelines and collaborating with designers
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple client websites simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills; you'll interface with both internal teammates and external clients

Preferred

  • Experience working with financial services or other regulated industries
  • Familiarity with Framer or next-generation build platforms
  • Understanding of website performance optimization, caching, and Core Web Vitals
  • Basic JavaScript beyond UI interactions: custom integrations, API connections, etc

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

  • Website updates are completed quickly and accurately without the need for outside developer escalation
  • New site launches are smooth, with tracking, compliance disclosures, and infrastructure set up correctly from day one
  • Client websites remain up-to-date, secure, visually polished, and fully functional
  • AI tools and streamlined processes are meaningfully reducing the time it takes to design, build, and launch new sites - with the quality bar going up, not down
  • The web practice scales efficiently as our client portfolio grows, without quality suffering
