Position Overview
Ennoble First is seeking a Software Engineer (Front-End Web Developer) to support Lockheed Martin and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in Denver, Colorado. This position focuses on developing modern, responsive web applications that provide secure, intuitive user experiences supporting mission-critical GEOINT operations.
Working as part of an Agile software development team, you will design, develop, integrate, and deploy user-facing applications while collaborating with software engineers, DevOps engineers, testers, and mission stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing capabilities.
Candidates must work full-time on-site in Denver, Colorado. Remote work is not available. All candidates must possess an active Top Secret clearance and be available to successfully complete a polygraph examination.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop front-end web applications using modern tools, techniques, and frameworks to create and deploy user-facing interfaces.
  • Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, responsive design principles, and CSS frameworks such as LESS, SASS, Bourbon, and Bootstrap.
  • Develop JavaScript applications using modern standards, including strict mode compliance, modularization techniques, and frameworks or libraries such as jQuery, Backbone.js, Ember.js, D3, or similar technologies.
  • Develop applications using Angular or React and/or support Java service development.
  • Consume RESTful APIs within modern web applications.
  • Develop views and templates using full-stack frameworks such as Rails, Express, or Django.
  • Create web layouts from static images and design assets.
  • Work within Agile software development environments utilizing Scrum and Lean methodologies to routinely deploy application enhancements.
  • Utilize Git and GitHub for source code management, collaboration, and version control.
  • Ensure Section 508 accessibility compliance across web applications.
  • Research, evaluate, and implement new programming tools and techniques.
  • Leverage open-source technologies and community-supported solutions to improve application capabilities.
  • Collaborate with software engineering, DevOps, integration, and test teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and 5+ years of relevant professional experience. Additional years of directly related experience may be substituted for the degree.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to successfully complete a polygraph examination.
  • Experience developing modern front-end web applications using current tools, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and CSS frameworks such as LESS, SASS, Bourbon, and Bootstrap.
  • Strong JavaScript development experience utilizing modern standards, strict mode compliance, modularization techniques, and contemporary frameworks or libraries.
  • Experience developing applications using Angular or React and/or Java service development.
  • Experience consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Experience developing views and templates using full-stack frameworks such as Rails, Express, or Django.

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly research, learn, and apply new programming tools and techniques.
  • Experience working with open-source technologies and community-supported solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Kubernetes.

  • Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools including Git, Jenkins, Puppet, and Docker.

Pay Range
$140,000-$175,000
The Ennoble First pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
