As a Full Stack Software Development Engineer at Micron, you will be part of the AI Platform Solutions Group (AIPS) within TPG, where you will design and deliver next-generation, AI-native applications that accelerates the capability for engineering teams we support to innovate. You will partner with multi-functional team members to translate complex business challenges into adaptive, high-performance solutions that employ autonomous agents, contextual reasoning, and workflow automation to drive decision-making and productivity. While your primary focus will be within AI Platform Solutions and TPG, the platforms and solutions you build will be architected for reuse and scale, enabling enterprise-wide impact across Micron’s global operations.
We require a minimum of seven years of software engineering experience involving medium- to high-complexity design and implementation. Having experience in the semiconductor industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications across front-end, API, and backend layers.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
  • Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Develop clean, high-quality, and well-documented code following engineering guidelines.
  • Fix and resolve application, system, and performance issues to ensure reliability and stability.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional team members to deliver solutions that improve business value.
  • Continuously improve engineering standards, processes, and operational excellence.
  • Contribute to the adoption of innovative solutions, intelligent automation, and modern software architectures.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience working in xNIX/Linux environments.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Go, Python, Rust, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS and/or Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application development.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, performance optimization, observability, and reliability engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI inference services, and AI-enabled software development.
  • Familiarity with agentic architectures and autonomous workflow orchestration.
  • Experience building AI-powered solutions using RAG, tool chaining, and context-aware decision systems.
  • Understanding of Responsible AI principles, model evaluation, observability, and safe AI deployment practices.
