Job description

Job Summary:
Farm and Forge Club is a high-performance youth and adult training facility that blends elite sports coaching, academic enrichment, and holistic development. They are seeking a talented Full Stack Web Application Developer to build a suite of new web and mobile applications, influencing architecture and product direction within their new software development division.
Responsibilities:
• Partner in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and task estimation
• Collaborate on application architecture and technical decision-making
• Participate in greenfield development of new web and mobile applications
• Develop responsive, scalable, and maintainable front-end and back-end solutions
• Build intuitive and high-quality user interfaces and workflows
• Write unit tests and integration tests
• Participate in code reviews and collaborative development discussions
• Utilize AI development tools appropriately to improve productivity and efficiency
• Support ongoing application improvements, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to understand operational and user needs
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack web application development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• Strong experience developing user interfaces and front-end application architecture
• Experience with testing automation and quality assurance practices
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum development environments
• Experience with one or more server-side languages such as Java, Ruby, C#, or similar
• Experience with one or more web application frameworks such as Spring Boot, Rails, .NET MVC, or similar
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Preferred:
• Mobile application development experience
