Job Summary:
Hillspire is seeking highly motivated and technically strong Full Stack Software Engineers to join their Enterprise Technology Application Development team. The role involves building and maintaining a portfolio of internal business systems that support critical operational workflows across multiple domains within the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Build and deliver full-stack software features across backend services, APIs, databases, and frontend applications.
• Develop and maintain Java and Spring Boot backend services supporting production business applications.
• Build React and TypeScript user interfaces aligned to shared platform and design standards.
• Design and implement relational database models, schema migrations, and API integrations.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on architecture decisions, technical implementation, and delivery planning.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience is required.
• 4+ years of full-stack software engineering experience building scalable enterprise applications.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and maintaining relational databases, including PostgreSQL schema development and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, containerized applications, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn unfamiliar systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute in high-ownership environments.
