  • Full Stack Development: Proven proficiency in both Java (e.g., Spring Boot, J2EE) and Python (e.g., Django, Flask).
  • Pega experience is good to have.
  • Domain Knowledge: Mandatory experience working within the telecom domain, with a solid understanding of the end-to-end telecom order flow life cycle.
  • Database Expertise: Exceptional skills in SQL development, including advanced query optimization, schema design, and performance tuning on Oracle database systems.
  • Application Monitoring: Direct, hands-on experience with Kibana for analyzing application logs, creating visualizations, and setting up operational dashboards.
