About this role:

Software Development position responsible for design, implementation, and support of Python based web applications to help fulfill our Consulting & Insights Technology strategy.

What you'll do:

  • Designing, implementing, unit, integration testing and supporting Python based applications and services

  • Contribute to the review and analysis of business requirements

  • Collaborate on architecture and technical design discussions

  • Perform and participate in code reviews, peer inspections and technical design/specifications

  • Documenting and review detailed design

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field required

  • 2+ years' experience in software development with full stack web applications development experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Python programming language experience

  • Hands on experience with Django, Flask or other Python frameworks

  • Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery

  • Experience with either AWS OR ReactJs

  • Experience with relational databases using SQL (SQLServer, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)

  • Good problem-solving skills

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of integration and web services technologies (HTTP, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON).

  • Scrum software development methodology experience

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 74,000 USD - 116,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
