Job description

Full Stack Developer
Job Overview: The Full Stack Developer creates software to meet the needs of our users. The developer supports the analysis of user functionality and either develops or modifies existing software functionality while employing industry best practices. These responsibilities require this team member to take an active role in design and code reviews, assist with delivery estimates and provide feedback about all aspects of the process.
Location: Onsite at our headquarters location at 815 Wernsing Road, Jasper IN 47546
Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
    • Team collaboration is paramount. Expected to contribute to all Agile Ceremonies and provide feedback on how to enhance the team environment.
    • Collaborate within a team by participating in code reviews, pairing sessions, architecture discussions.
    • Write robust, testable code, along with unit, functional, acceptance and/or user tests to validate every change.
    • Contribute to enhancing development tools, coding standards and team practices.

    • 2 years of development experience in a multilayered architecture:
      • Required Experience:

        • SOLID Principles
      • Desired experience
        • Blazor, Javascript, ASP.NET MVC
        • CSS, HTML
        • SQL Server
        • Open-source frameworks
        • Test Driven Development
        • Functional Testing
    • A strong foundation in programming fundamentals, design patterns, data structures, object-oriented design principles, unit testing and modern version control flows
    • Understanding of and experience working in a continuous integration and continuous delivery environment.
    • Willingness to learn new languages and technologies.
    • Experience working with software automation frameworks to do functional testing.
    • Awareness to identify and pay off technical debt.
