Compensation & Location

Pay: $120,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year Work Location: In person

Senior Full Stack Developer — Revenue Systems & AutomationRole

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and own the custom software, integrations, and automation that power our revenue engine. This is not a CRM administration role — rather than configuring off-the-shelf tools, you will build the systems on top of and between them: lead routing engines, real-time dashboards, automation services, AI-driven workflows, and the APIs that tie our CRM, dialer, ads, and analytics stack together.

This is a mission-critical engineering role. The systems you build directly determine how fast our revenue teams move, how accurate our data is, and how efficiently our funnels convert. You will work close to the business, ship quickly, and own your work end to end — from data model to API to UI.

Core ResponsibilitiesApplication & Systems Development
  • Design and build internal tools, services, and automations across the full stack (frontend, backend, data layer)
  • Translate revenue and operations requirements into well-architected, maintainable software
  • Own features end to end — from technical design through deployment, monitoring, and iteration
Integrations & API Engineering
  • Build and maintain integrations across our stack (HubSpot, Mixpanel, Aloware, Meta, Google, and others)
  • Design and implement API layers, webhooks, and data-sync services between systems
  • Diagnose and resolve API issues, sync failures, and attribution gaps at the source
Data Engineering & Architecture
  • Design data models and schemas that keep information clean, structured, and reliable across systems
  • Build data pipelines and validation logic to enforce integrity and prevent drift
  • Support reporting reliability with trustworthy, well-instrumented data flows
Automation & Workflow Systems
  • Build automation that drives lead routing, assignment, lifecycle progression, and speed-to-lead
  • Develop AI/LLM-powered workflows for re-engagement, qualification, and rep enablement
  • Identify and eliminate breaks and leakage in automated funnel logic
Reporting & Analytics Infrastructure
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure for sales and marketing leadership
  • Instrument systems for real-time funnel monitoring and proactive issue detection
  • Ensure accuracy of key metrics (speed-to-lead, conversion rates, ROAS) at the data layer
Reliability, Performance & Ownership
  • Own the uptime, performance, and scalability of the systems you build
  • Audit funnels end to end (ads → forms → CRM → sales activity) and fix breaks in lead flow and attribution
  • Proactively harden systems against failure as volume grows
Qualifications
  • 5–8+ years of professional full stack software development experience
  • Strong proficiency with modern languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, Python)
  • Deep experience building and consuming APIs (REST, webhooks, OAuth) and integrating third-party systems
  • Solid database and data-modeling skills (SQL, schema design); data warehousing experience a plus
  • Comfortable across the stack: backend services, frontend UI, and the data layer in between
  • Experience with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS) and serverless/scripting environments
  • Highly analytical, with strong attention to detail and a bias toward shipping
  • Bonus: experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot), product analytics (Mixpanel/Segment), AI/LLM integration, or revenue/marketing operations systems
