Job Title: Software Engineer 4 - Full Stack (.NET / Angular)
Location: Charlotte, NC
Contract Length: 12 months (possible extension)
Pay Rate: $69 - $74 (Hourly, OT40)
Top Requirements:

6-8 years of software engineering experience (lead-level hands-on development)

6+ years of .NET/C# full stack development experience

3+ years of Angular front-end development experience

Plusses:

• Database experience (SQL)
• Experience working in Jira-based environments
• Recent hands-on experience with full stack development

Job Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. You will review and analyze complex, multi-faceted challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors and contribute to resolving sophisticated technical issues. The role requires strong hands-on development capabilities, collaboration with stakeholders, and adherence to engineering standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full stack applications using .NET, C#, Angular, and SQL
• Work hands-on as a developer executing assigned Jira stories
• Build front-end components with a focus on Angular-based UI development
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders on feature delivery
• Participate in code development, testing, and debugging of applications
• Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to development standards
• Contribute to problem-solving efforts and continuous improvement of applications
• Adjust schedules as needed to support occasional release activities
