Role Overview
We are seeking a Full-Stack Application Developer to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining core business applications. The position involves a primary focus on backend development with significant frontend responsibilities, supporting and evolving the application portfolio and implementing new business capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET / .NET Core, C#, RESTful APIs, and modern UI frameworks (Angular, React, Vue, Aurelia, Node, etc).
  • Maintain and enhance existing applications, frameworks, and shared libraries.
  • Design and implement new features aligned with business processes and workflows.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
  • Ensure compliance with security, performance, and architectural standards.
  • Contribute to modernization initiatives, including framework evolution and technical debt reduction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and deployment processes.
Required Qualifications
Core Backend:
  • Experience with .NET / .NET Core and C#.
  • Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core (EF Core) and ORM best practices.
  • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and clean architecture principles.
  • Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases, including query optimization.
  • Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth or JWT.

Frontend & UI Development:
  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue. Angular experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience building component-based UI architectures.
  • Familiarity with UI libraries like Angular Material or Bootstrap.

Modern Engineering Practices:
  • Experience using Git and collaborative workflows like GitHub or Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of application performance, scalability, and monitoring.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
  • Experience using or exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
  • Experience with microservices and distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of event-driven architectures.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks.
  • Understanding of secure coding practices.
