Familiarity with databases (such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL), version control systems like Git, and deployment tools or cloud platforms is essential. Problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and adaptability are standout soft skills for this role. These skills enable developers to build robust, scalable applications efficiently while collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

They work closely with designers to implement user interfaces according to design specifications, ensuring responsiveness and functionality. At the same time, they coordinate with backend teams to integrate APIs and manage data flow, often reviewing and contributing to both client- and server-side code. Effective communication and a strong understanding of both design and server architecture are key to their collaborative success.

You'll spend your first six months embedded with a senior engineering team, helping design and build a new software platform from the ground up. The long-term goal is a seamless transition into a permanent role with the end client, becoming a key contributor within their growing internal development team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, embraces change, and wants to make a meaningful impact while continuing to develop their technical and professional skills.
What You'll Do...
  • Design and develop features for a modern, full-stack SaaS application.
  • Build responsive, user-focused front-end experiences using Vue.js or React.
  • Develop scalable back-end services and APIs using Node.js.
  • Work closely with senior engineers to learn best practices in architecture, development, and deployment.
  • Collaborate across technical and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Contribute to a growing product team where your ideas and input will have visibility and impact.
  • Participate in technical discussions, problem-solving sessions, and ongoing product evolution.

  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
  • PostgreSQL experience is highly preferred.

Someone who...
  • Has a positive, adaptable attitude and can navigate changing priorities.
  • Enjoys collaborating with others and learning from experienced teammates.
  • Is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and contributing wherever needed.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
  • Is eager to grow technically and professionally in a fast-moving environment.
