Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: McLean, VA - Onsite
Duration: Long Term

Job Overview

We are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer. This role requires hands-on experience across backend and frontend development, along with a solid understanding of modern test automation practices.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment and willing to be onsite full-time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot
  • Build and enhance user interfaces using Angular
  • Develop and support microservices-based architecture
  • Work with databases, preferably MongoDB, for data storage and retrieval
  • Deploy and manage applications in AWS cloud environments
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient releases
  • Contribute to test automation using Playwright to improve overall product quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and product teams
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in full stack development
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
