Job: Full Stack Java Developer

Location: Washington DC

Duration: 6 Months

Need GC and USC

The purpose of this position is to provide support for critical business functions through the development, implementation, testing and maintenance of enterprise-wide applications systems in an Agile environment.
SKILLS:
Front End: JQuery 3+, JSP, JSF and JavaScript
Middle Tier: Java 1.7+
Back-end: Spring 4.3+ (Need Spring MVC), (Good to have: Spring Security, SpringREST)
Back-end framework: Hibernate 5.0+ (Hibernate-Spatial Experience Preferred)
Back-end database: PostGreSQL 9+ (PostGIS experience is required)
Application Sever: Jboss (required), Tomcat (Good to have)
WebServices: RESTful JAXRS, SpringREST, Jersey required
Atlasian GIT source code repository is required
Bamboo for CI a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, code, test, debug, maintain, and document software applications
Follow established software development standards and procedures
Support business functions through the development, implementation, and maintenance of applications systems
Participate in peer code reviews
Work with complex application features and technical designs
Collaborate with departments and users in the support of business applications
Contribute software development expertise to multiple projects and ensure that specifications are met
