Overview:
We are seeking a Java Full Stack Technical Lead to join a dynamic team supporting a major financial client. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills combined with deep technical expertise in Java, Angular, and SQL. This role involves driving architectural decisions, mentoring developers, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The position requires full-time onsite availability in either Orlando, FL or Dallas, TX.

Position:
Java Full Stack Technical Lead (6-Month Contract, Onsite)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of enterprise-level Java/Angular applications.

  • Provide mentorship, perform code reviews, and enforce development best practices.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scalable technical solutions.

  • Drive architecture and design discussions.

  • Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables efficiently.

Requirement Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in:

    • Java: [Years to be filled in]

  • Prior experience leading development teams.
