Job Summary:
Inorsa is an AI-first automation platform revolutionizing how mission-critical infrastructure is built, maintained, and upgraded. They are seeking a senior engineer who can lead and build, owning architecture and solving core product challenges while mentoring the next generation of engineers.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement scalable systems across our full stack (Python, TypeScript, SQL)
• Lead feature and architectural planning, and write specs for major components
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and designers
• Build and maintain integrations with AI/ML models and internal data pipelines
• Improve performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability of key systems
• Review code, mentor junior developers, and guide quality standards
• Communicate progress and risks with engineering leadership
• Act as a product owner—understand user needs, propose roadmap items, and drive implementation
Qualifications:
Required:
• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years as a senior
• 2+ years working in startup or high-growth environments
• Deep experience with Python
• Deep experience with TypeScript, Node.js/Nest.js (or similar frameworks)
• Deep experience with SQL and schema design
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent background
• Product-oriented thinker: Able to anticipate user needs and propose practical solutions
• Architect-level skillset: Capable of designing systems from scratch
• Mentor & collaborator: Invested in growing junior engineers and influencing team direction
