Compensation & Growth Path

This is a part time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends , Autheo , and the WFO Creator Network , along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months, following our node, token sales or funding.

ROLE: DEX & Liquidity Infrastructure Specialist (Web3 / Token Launch)

Autheo is preparing for the Token Generation Event (TGE) and mainnet launch of its native ecosystem token THEO, powering our high-performance Layer-1 blockchain and decentralized infrastructure ecosystem.

As a part-time DEX & Liquidity Infrastructure Specialist in an equity-based cofounder role, you will lead the end-to-end design, deployment, and management of decentralized exchange (DEX) infrastructure, liquidity provisioning, and token market operations. You will ensure deep, stable, efficient, and scalable markets for THEO across leading DEXs while coordinating with CEXs for maximum liquidity and trading stability from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

1. DEX Setup & Token Listings
    Set up and manage token listings on leading DEXs (e.g., Uniswap, Osmosis, PancakeSwap, and other EVM/Cosmos-based platforms).
    Design and deploy core liquidity pairs (e.g., THEO/USDC, THEO/ETH, THEO/wBTC).

2. Liquidity Provisioning & Market Optimization
    Develop and execute liquidity provisioning strategies, including initial seeding, rebalancing, and ongoing management.
    Work with aggregators, routing protocols, and market makers to optimize trading efficiency, depth, and minimize slippage.
    Monitor liquidity pools, impermanent loss, pricing stability, and overall market health in real time.

3. Exchange Coordination & Incentives
    Coordinate with centralized exchanges (CEXs) on listings, liquidity support, and market-making readiness.
    Implement and manage LP incentives, staking rewards, and yield strategies to attract and retain sustainable liquidity.

4. Launch Strategy & Risk Management
    Advise on token launch structure, including TGE mechanics, liquidity timing, vesting schedules, and supply dynamics.
    Ensure best practices for security, smart contract interactions, and risk mitigation across all liquidity operations.

Qualifications:

Required:
 Proven experience successfully launching tokens and managing liquidity on major DEXs.
 Deep understanding of AMMs, liquidity pools, concentrated liquidity mechanics, and token pair dynamics.
 Hands-on experience across multiple blockchain ecosystems (Ethereum, EVM chains, Cosmos/IBC, etc.).
 Familiarity with liquidity management tools, aggregators, market-making strategies, and CEX listing requirements.
 Strong knowledge of tokenomics, vesting schedules, and their impact on market stability.

Preferred:
 Direct experience with Cosmos SDK / IBC ecosystems or Osmosis-style DEXs.
 Background in validator networks, staking economics, or Layer-1 token launches.
 Established relationships with DEX teams, market makers, liquidity providers, or CEXs.
 Prior involvement in large-scale DeFi projects or ecosystem token launches.

Soft Skills:
 Strategic thinker with strong market intuition and data-driven decision-making.
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical, product, and business teams.
 High integrity with a proactive focus on security and risk management in fast-paced Web3 environments.

Deliverables (90 Days):
 Comprehensive DEX and multi-chain liquidity strategy with execution roadmap for THEO TGE.
 Successfully deployed and optimized primary liquidity pools across at least 2–3 major DEXs.
 Real-time monitoring dashboards and alerting systems for pool health and market performance.
 Implemented LP incentive, staking, and yield programs with initial seeding.
 Coordinated CEX listing preparations and market-maker engagement plan.
 Full risk assessment, security playbook, and impermanent-loss mitigation framework for liquidity operations.
