Job description

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Full Stack .NET Developer position! This is a 9-18 month contract and will be hybrid in Buffalo, New York.
This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead full stack development and support activities within the mortgage technology space
  • Design, develop, and implement complex .NET applications and REST APIs using best practices and modern development standards
  • Build and maintain Angular-based front-end interfaces that deliver excellent user experiences
  • Direct and mentor less experienced developers, coordinating development tasks across small to large scope projects
  • Prepare and manage technical components of project plans, including task assessments, timeframes, and effort estimations
  • Collaborate with operations, business units, and technology teams from technical analysis through user acceptance testing
  • Execute comprehensive testing plans, prepare test data, and complete debugging activities to ensure quality deliverables
  • Evaluate complex interrelationships among programs, interfacing applications, and platforms to identify optimization opportunities
  • Create and maintain thorough technical and functional specifications, system documentation, and analytical charts and diagrams
  • Recommend new technologies, policies, and processes that improve operational efficiency and address system deficiencies

What You'll Need to Have:
  • 5+ years of systems analysis and application development experience, with a strong full stack .NET development background
  • Strong proficiency at mid to senior level in .NET framework and C# programming language
  • Demonstrated experience building and consuming REST APIs in enterprise environments
  • Solid front-end development skills using Angular framework
  • Proven experience with MS SQL Server, including database design and query optimization
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to work on multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences and coordinating between technical teams and business units
  • Experience with project coordination, driving milestones, and delivering solutions that meet business objectives

Pay Range: $70 - $74+/hr
