Job Summary:
Cardinal Integrated Technologies Inc is seeking a Tech Lead for Full Stack Development with expertise in Node.js. The role involves owning and building new modules/features independently, guiding the technical architecture, and providing strategic direction for technology adoption.
Responsibilities:
• Owning and building new modules/features end-to-end independently
• Working with a unique team of highly networked folks
• Jumping roles between a Full Stack Developer and Tech Lead
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use
• Providing strategic direction to team for adopting technology
• Guiding the technical architecture of the platform
• Identifying innovation opportunities and tech obstacles / hurdles
• Identifying trends in user behavior that support / hinder success
• Prioritizing projects and setting timelines for research, development and deployment
Qualifications:
Required:
• Should have knowledge of MySQL DB, Node.js, Angular and Java Spring-boot
• An expertise in at least one database (Any SQL, NOSQL Database) would do
• Production Experience with at least one MVC framework : Spring, Express, etc.
• Production experience of building at least one web application from scratch
• Strong Backend experience
Preferred:
• Technology leadership experience is a great plus
