Position Summary:
We are seeking a creative and talented engineer to provide technical expertise in software design and development. The successful candidate will have a proven track record for creating efficient, scalable, and manageable enterprise-level systems using open source technologies.
Experience and Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 5 - 10 years experience in software engineering
• Experience building complex client/server applications
• Experience working with high volume websites
• Experience processing and manipulating large data sets
• Experience handling CSV/XML Data Feeds and managing complex API Integrations
Technology Skills and Strengths:
• Strong proficiency with PHP & NodeJS
• Angular 2+, HTML5, CSS3
• Web Services (SOAP and/or REST)
• Cloud Infrastructure Management (AWS, Google Cloud Platform or similar)
• Regular Expressions (PCRE)
• Basic Linux Server Administration
• Strong SQL Proficiency (Particularly with MySQL)
